For Asahi, the premium Japanese beer brand, we created the Asahi Slow-Mo Booth, a video booth experience where consumers receive their own slow-mo video after connecting with their Facebook accounts. Thousands of customers were happy to share their details with us to get their own personalised video.
The booth features a range of physical special effects, including a jet of malt-infused condensation to mimic condensation when opening a bottle of beer; and 100 ping-pong balls that launch into the air from a secret trap door, mirroring the bubbles found inside beer.
It enables customers to experience the brand offline, while sharing their experience to thousands of friends and followers online. This network effect helped us drive a campaign reach of over 300,000 people while collecting over 60,000 data points.
