Hew decided to launch his own agency after becoming increasingly frustrated by advertising which interrupts and wastes people’s time. There had to be a better way of reaching people. So in 2014 he launched 10x, an innovation and creative agency which helps brands raise global awareness while generating valuable intellectual property at the same time.

The agency’s mission is to add value to people’s lives by creating the world’s most remarkable products & services. Its focus is on baking marketing into useful products, not creating substandard products then bombarding people with ads until they buy it.
